Affliction has announced its next event, "Day of Reckoning". The event is set to take place on October 11th at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada and will air live on pay-per-view. Barnett replaces WAMMA title-holder Fedor Emelianenko, who will not be able to fight in Affliction's second event due to a hand injury sustained in the fight with Tim Sylvia. Rumored bouts for the event include Renato "Babalu" Sobral vs Tito Ortiz and Matt "The Law" Lindland vs Vitor "The Phenom" Belfort.

wow i was so pumped about fedor vs arlovski. but i should have known it was too good to be true!!! i'll take arlovksi vs barnett though...
